No smoking on the Bagg Farm Property.

No open flames, glitter or confetti may be used.

No straw or straw bales may be brough into the facility. Use outside is permitted.

No nails, staples, or tacks shall be used on any pine walls in the barn. Command strips permitted.

All doors must remain closed to help with heating and air conditioning, and to eliminate insects from entering the facility.

Camping/RV overnight parking is not allowed on the Bagg Farm Property.

All guests, band members, DJ's, etc must be off of the Bagg Farm Property by 12:00 am.

Cleaning of the facility/property must be completed by 12 pm the following day. It is expected that the premises will be left in the same condition as when it was entered. If rental party is not going to clean the facility, the Bagg Farm must be notified 30 days in advance and $1,000 will be charged in addition to the rental fee.

Security for a wedding dance must be made by the renting party. Special arrangements must be made in advance for the usage/service of alcohol at an event. The party leasing the facility/sponsoring the event shall be financially responsible for all security

The Bagg Farm is not responsible to provide glassware, soda or ice for the bar.

Elevator usage will be available upon request. The elevator is not a ride for children.

I permit the Bagg Bonanza Farm to use professional pictures to be used in social media.

All nonalcoholic beverages and food, served on the premises must be provided by the approved vendors unless otherwise consented to in writing prior to the event.

A deposit of $500 shall be paid at the time of booking. The check will be cashed/deposited.

If an event is cancelled 180 days (6 months) prior to the event the deposit will be returned. If the event is cancelled less than 6 months to the date of the event, the deposit will not be returned.
